Some of our games offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Virtual items purchased have no real-world value and may not be exchanged for cash.

You agree not to: (a) use our services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit our games; (c) use cheating software or bots; (d) harass other players; (e) create multiple accounts to circumvent bans. Violation of these rules may result in account termination.

All game content, including graphics, music, code, and design, is the intellectual property of Vexil Logic Games and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our games will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexil Logic Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
